No one messes with a Toon and lives to tell about it....NOBODY.
Tied to a tree and shot in the chest with no weapon found?
Must have been a woodchuck that stole the weapon. /sarc
I have to chuckle at those who think that local and state LE is automatically less corrupt than federal LE.
Corruption is corruption! Power corrupts even the power of being a LEO at the state\local level can corrupt if not carefully watched.
Henry Marshall, who was investigating friends of LBJ was found shot to death in a desolate rural area in TX. A bolt action .22 rifle was found near his body. He had been shot 5 times in the chest. The local coroner ruled the death a suicide.
Anyone familiar with the mechanics of a bolt action rifle, and the logistics of turning the rifle to shoot yourself would say someone would have to be very determined, and immune to pain, to shoot yourself 5 times.
Was Fahmy Malak anywhere close to give his medical examination over the phone?

And he didn’t have the courtesy wrap himself up in a carpet and hold on to the gun in his dead hand?
Precisely
FTA: But the sheriff’s report into Mark Middleton’s death raises more questions than answers as it shows his death was ruled a suicide โ but the weapon that killed him was nowhere to be found.
^^^^^^^^
The writing is almost as sloppy as the police work here.
Vince Foster didn’t kill himself.
Ron Brown wasn’t killed by a plane crash.
Epstein didn’t kill himself.
And we’re supposed to believe that Mark Middleton killed himself???
Color me ... skeptical.
Death ruled suicide, cuz you know, people always shoot themselves in the chest, then hang themselves from trees, and get rid of the weapon they shot themselves with.
Happens all the time.

Does anyone have an official source that says no gun was found at the scene?
My first concern about a train wreck occurred during the Clinton
governorship.
I suppose that they want us to believe that a passerby, saw the gun and the dead man, and said to himself โhe donโt need it any moreโ.
