I took it as a simple sign of affection. In our country, where people are trying to rename pedophiles to “protect them,” kissing a child on the belly is worrisome. In Russia, where Putin declares he will protect children from the BS our teachers push onto our kids, it is a sign of affection. If your opinion is the only “proof” you’ve got, BFD.

If Boris Nemtsov had lived you would have seen more dirt on Putin. He was a real threat to the dictatorship and that is why his murder was staged within a stones throw of the Kremlin walls.
