Ron DeSanctimonious wants to cut your Social Security and Medicare, closed up Florida & its beaches, loves RINOS Paul Ryan, Jeb Bush, and Karl Rove (disasters ALL!), is backed by Globalist’s Club for NO Growth, Lincoln Pervert Project, & “Uninspired” Koch — And it only gets worse from there. He is a RINO in disguise!, whose Poll numbers are dropping like a rock. Good luck Ron!
No he's not.
EVERYONE knows Trump instituted the NATIONWIDE lockdowns with his "Two weeks to flatten the curve" lie.
Trying to blame DeSantis now is Alinsky 101.
I’m going to repeat-my family, friends and I worked out asses off for DJT in both 16 and 20, raised millions for his campaigns and did everything we could
It’s amusing when people acccuse of of being liberal trolls
Saying Trump is the only one responsible for the debt is BS.
You can do better. Try harder.
Don’t vote in ‘24, shut up and go away if you have TDS. It’s the only cure.
Trump needs to stop these attacks. It makes him look weak and foolish.
If you really want to help Donald Trump you would walk away from the keyboard....
DeSantis cleaned up Florida elections. Trump has done nothing except run his mouth.
Show me once where Trump ever vetoed a spending bill. The closest he ever came was shutting the government down to make US pay for the wall he promised he would make MEXICO pay for.
1. One came from the governor of the state where my office was located.
2. The second and third came from the governors of two neighboring states where I was traveling frequently for active projects.
3. The fourth came from the landlord of the building where my company's office was located.
4. None of them came from Donald J. Trump.
I ignored the first three, and had banner years in 2020 and 2021 as a result.
I dealt with the fourth by vacating my office and moving to a 100% work-from-home operation for all my staff.
Lolz
I did far more to get trump elected in 16 and his attempt in 2020 than you would in a thousand lifetimes kiddo
DeSantis hasn’t announced. He sure is quiet on Nikki Haley though. Interesting!
The NATIONWIDE lockdown guidelines all came from Trump. Here’s the actual announcement:
March 16, 2020
TRUMP: “This afternoon, we’re announcing new guidelines for every American to follow ... The White House Task Force meets every day and continually updates guidelines ... we’ve made the decision to further toughen the guidelines and blunt the infection now. We’d much rather be ahead of the curve than behind it, and that’s what we are.
Therefore, my administration is recommending that all Americans, including the young and healthy, work to engage in schooling from home when possible.
Avoid gathering in groups of more than 10 people.
Avoid discretionary travel.
And avoid eating and drinking at bars, restaurants, and public food courts.
If everyone makes this change or these critical changes and sacrifices now, we will rally together as one nation and we will defeat the virus.”
Tell that to the small business owners who were threatened, harassed, arrested, and even had their businesses closed by those states, using Trump's CDC "guidelines" as the ultimate authority.
"Our actions are based on CDC guidelines..."
Remember that nauseous excuse?
I made a point of doing business as if no restrictions were in place,
Well, bully for you! But if you were in Pennsylvania where I live and own my business, doing so would have landed me and my employees in jail, courtesy of King Wolf, since we were declared a "non-essential" business.
Flashback: Pennsylvania state police, local police start enforcement of governor's business closure order
Sorry, but it was Trump who enabled tyrants like Wolf, Cuomo, and Witmer to invoke their "emergency powers" via CDC guidelines and impose their totalitarian dictates on us.
Trump can't pass the buck on that one.
How many individuals or business owners faced a single penny in fines or sanctions because they violated those guidelines?
ZERO.
You can post that nonsense all you want, dude. I was on top of this since the start because of the direct effect these things have had on my own business, and I paid close attention to the letter of the law when it came to every single restriction, mandate, and "guideline" that applied to me.
Some people think Trump is always right.
But do yourself a favor and check out comment #29 on this thread. It’s genuinely funny and conjures up hilarious South-Park-esque images. And like all good humor, makes a valid point:

Why is trump wasting his time on DeSantis who has not even announced at the very least you should go after Nikki Haley who has announced. Of course he’s afraid to go after her.
Be careful with them facts........ They may hack a few off.
**********
And it is not a proven fact but I think the lock downs and
voting from home in many states is what got Trump defeated.
Many people voted from home that wouldn’t normally vote IMO.
Trump is stupid
Trump himself set the NATIONWIDE guidelines, quote “for every American” to follow, which outlined shutting every school, every restaurant, everywhere more than 10 people gathered for ANY reason, including churches violating their first amendment right to gather, as well as he directed an end to ALL discretionary travel.
Yet, you want to excuse all that, and solely blame people who only followed Trump’s requests for lockdown? Ridiculous! Dishonest, actually.
I don't know why you would say such a thing on this thread (of all places).
Go back and look at the executive orders issued by Ron DeSantis himself in 2020. They all had some variation of THIS line in them ...
I, RON DESANTIS, as Governor of Florida, by virtue of the authority vested in me by Article IV, Section (l)(a) of the Florida Constitution, Chapter 252, Florida Statutes, and all other applicable laws, promulgate the following Executive Order to take immediate effect: ...
And even the Federal guidelines that WERE cited in some of those executive orders typically had a variation of this little disclaimer that served as a giant flag for me:
This list is advisory in nature. It is not, nor should it be considered, a federal directive or standard.
Hmm ... I wonder why that would be included in a set of Federal guidelines. I know exactly why -- because I deal with Federal guidelines all the time in my line of work, and I know damn well that for constitutional reasons my work is governed by the laws of the states where I do business, NOT Federal law.
