You are 100% correct. By 30 they and men have their heads right and think well. Given the choice of Miss Universe or an attractive lady in mid life, I would select the older one.

OK, you would prefer the older one. Most men would not. Men display a strong preference for women in their early 20s when they are at peak fertility. That interest drops off considerably by the time they hit 30. We're not talking about individual preferences here. We're talking about the majority/the market.
