Mexico’s Top Diplomats Fight Over Who Flinched to Trump’s Immigration Policies

Mexico’s top diplomats are openly fighting and calling each other liars over who flinched before their U.S. counterparts during the Trump era. The issue centers around “secret” meetings that led to the Remain in Mexico policy which effectively forced the country to stem the flow of migrants.

The diplomatic fight exploded this week when Mexico’s Foreign Relations Minister and Presidential hopeful Marcelo Ebrard said during a news conference that his former ambassador to the U.S., Martha Barcena (2018-2021), was out to tarnish his reputation. Ebrard charges that she was the one who accepted Remain in Mexico and a safe third country agreement that would invalidate most of the asylum claims at the time. Ebrard said that he was the one who fixed everything and stopped the third-country agreement.

“The ex-ambassador, since she left office, she has dedicated herself to slandering me everywhere she could,” Ebrard said. “It’s an obsessive grudge, I’d say. But let me go to his great objective, it’s not the truth, it’s to see how she hurts me every day.”

The comments come after Barcena said that Ebrard had agreed to the Remain in Mexico policy but asked the U.S. to keep quiet as a way to avoid embarrassing President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador. Barcena spoke about the issue during an interview with Univision where she claimed that Ebrard left her out of the loop on negotiations and strategy to control the situation. She described him as a “coyote in the henhouse.” Barcena also confirmed some of the accounts described by Mike Pompeo in his book Never Give an Inch, where he described some of the negotiations.

To hear Biden tell it, Trump did.

That’s why things are so bad today.

Trump handed off a very bad situation.

I know, I know, the situation is so
screwed up.

More reasons to despise Mexico. Mexico is no ally or friend to The United States. They’re dedicated to emptying their country of their unwanted lower classes and dumping them on us.

They use their poor as a means of human export capital to pull money out of this nations economy and send it back in remittances.

To the tune of some $60 billion a year. Without it Mexicans would starve and that’s on top of the $68 billion a year in foreign aid we send them.

No point in blaming each other. If the full weight of the United States is brought to bear, Mexico has no choice but to flinch. Trump, the first president in years to use the leverage available to him, didn’t really give them a choice. Now these diplomats are acting like tough guys because they were able to push back against the weak and complicit Biden administration.

Jo Jo The Pedo Clown screwed it up when he took office and the invaders went full retard and just told Americans that they are going to do what they want to do and if we try to stop them, they’ll call us “wasis”. When Biden took over, he should have counterattacked Mexico and bombed the crap out of that joint. It’s better to ask for forgiveness, than let the bassturds walk all over you the way they are doing right now. Freeloading beggers demanding things from someone tends to really tick me off.

They sure don’t have to argue about that now.
