The FSB hasn’t been asleep at the wheel - it is working its sources in the West. At the same time, it’s amusing the way this alleged source outed himself through his overtly pro-Russian sympathies, presumably expressed in the workplace. Whereas Robert Hanssen, the KGB mole who did huge damage to US intelligence collection efforts, was a member of Opus Dei, a right wing Catholic organization that would seem to be diametrically opposed to the Soviet Union.

It is obvious BS. No weapon system all time stay in one location. They are moving constantly. SO one needs to relay such info in real time which is not possible.

So how does a man in Germany know where American supplied Himars system are located... they shoot and they scoot, as do all artillery systems that want to stay alive.
Russia may be able to figure out how American military equipment sends its own location data... simply because someone is now telling the world that locational data exists. Duh.
For that matter, one may now assume that many or all ground equipment systems send their locational data.
So implies the BND.
