Another case where school officials refuse to do anything against violent, vicious bullies.
I don’t think I need to guess the demographics involved.
I remember my fourth grade bus driver’s name clearly - Mr. Swarthout. It was 15 years after WW II and he was probably a vet. I was the victim of bullying on the bus, so he stops the bus and came right back to the rear of the bus. He didn’t like me for some reason and figured I was the instigator and lit into me verbally. So the bus drive took control of the situation, but came down on the innocent party - me!
I’ve never seen such a hulking seventh grader. I’d guess she’s angry at being flunked so many times but I know they don’t flunk anyone anymore.

Very unjust. And another kid who will grow up not buying into DEI initiatives and the white privilege agitprop.
If Obama had a daughter with Stacey Abrams she’d look like her.
Vouchers would improve educational standards, empower parents, and put an end to this nonsense.
Very simple solution,the parents MUST pick up the offending child after school. Once it discomforts the parents the discipline gets enforced. Of course the school doesn’t care if the child is bullied.
Private or home schooling. As fast as you can.
Public schools are a cancer to society.
I went to school back in the 1970s. I saw some pretty brutal fights on school busses. no one ever got in trouble. The worst was an admonishment from the bus driver. Even fights in the school itself rarely drew a suspension — it was usually just after school detention. Of course, we had no way of recording video back then.
That being said, those fights involved fists, not attempted strangulation.
Be the last time my kid goes to that school.
I don’t care if I had to work 5 jobs to do it but my kids days at that school would be done.
Especially since the "girl" is older, but in the same seventh grade at Whitman Middle School. Also, the school is ignoring the protective order, which should make them (including the administrators) liable for any further attacks at school.
But the questions are -
Why isn't the boy's father involved in this case?!?
Why is this mother living in Fairfax, VA, much less sending her child to a school there?!?
File a RICO suit against them all.
