We need to have a special court for elections. How can a county be allowed to do what Maricopa did in two elections? These judges are all corrupt.
Dems are gonna cheat. That’s a given. What’s missing is a Republican counter strike team. One that should be built before the election.
The problem here is looking for a legal solution to a problem created by the weakness and inadequacy of the legal system. She can’t win but going through the motions will help to elevate the need for election law improvements.

Is the judge a hussein obama apointee? Or an Arizona McCainacrat?
The problem is that appellate courts generally only review whether the trial court reasonably applied the law. Only in very rare and limited circumstances do they review the findings of fact. I’m surprised at how much the appellate court in this case commented on the factual claims. The Supreme Court will be even tougher in that regard. They will need a very strong argument that at least one element of the law was misapplied by the trial court.
