Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) said Thursday on FNC’s “America’s Newsroom” that the United States helping Ukraine defeat the Russians “is the single most important event going on in the world right now.”
Co-anchor Dana Perino said, “What is Biden’s responsibility in trying to make sure that people in America whose support for Ukraine is softening will want to continue to try to help them?”
McConnell said, “Well, I’m going to try to help explain to the American people that defeating the Russians in Ukraine is the single most important event going on in the world right now. It will save us an enormous amount of money down the road if the Ukrainians can succeed.”
Mitch’s Chinese Communist Party advisers are good ,LOL
OUR BORDERS ARE MORE IMPORTANT.
_____________
100% with you. As to threat to US from a foreign power, it’s China and China’s main ally the Biden Clan.
The uke “support” on FR is mostly astroturf. Check out their join and past post data. The most vocal are either members since ~2021 or have years-old accounts with no activity for over a decade.
The Biden regime funding for the war is not just for weaponry. Millions go to pushing party-line propaganda online.
So many here on FR are all for the NWO, whole heartedly!
Take your silver and leave...POS
Nah, Ukraine made their bed, let them lay in it. Not our circus, not our monkeys.
McConnell works for the Chinese, so spending US military assets on Ukraine is a good thing.
“A loss in Ukraine will cost us orders of magnitude more in the future.”
I.DON’T.THINK.SO.
I agree with McConnell on this point. It would be far more expensive to fight a reconstituted neo-soviet union/warsaw pact in the future. Who was one of the first to push for a one world government?, oh yea, the russians. ³
what bed did they make? putin invaded them
goodnesswins: "I.DON’T.THINK.SO."
Vlad the Invader has self-identified as an aggressive empire builder, working through intimidation, corruption and invasions to bring countries from the old Tsarist and Soviet empires under Russian domination.
A Russian victory over Ukraine will bring a 1/3 increase in Russia's population and GDP, making it that much more powerfully intimidating to Russia's weaker neighbors.
Some of those neighbors, and their neighbors, are NATO countries, making the next war vastly more costly, destructive and deadly.
And then there are all the other two-bit tin-horn Hitler wannabe dictators who will be inspired by Vlad the Invader's success to aggress on their own weaker neighbors.
That world will not be friendly to Americans and our ideals.
It will be more like the world of January 1914.
We are already losing...between the Demofascists and open border...
There are Republicans and then there are Republican voters. Two entirely different animals. These knuckleheads wonder why conservatives despise them - or maybe they don’t even know what voters really think.
Then you are doubly & triply insane if you think letting Vlad the Invader subjugate Ukraine will somehow help us defeat our domestic political opponents.
Instead, our opponents will point at you, goodnesswins, and say, "See, see, you support dictatorships invading and subjugating Free Republics like Ukraine overseas, and you want more domestic insurrections like January 6 at home."
It doesn't help our political cause if Vlad the Invader wins.
Hey, Mitch. You had a chance to "save us an enormous amount of money" just 2 months ago by stopping the enormous looting of $$Trillions$$ taxpayer money in that awful spending bill you supported just before the end of year.
But no. You went along with all the other grifters and looters in DC. Please share us your tears on war in Ukraine of which we have no business being involved.
