This may seem weird, but when I was a kid we used to put coins on the railroad tracks, watch the train go by, the pick up our flattened coins (which were rather warm by then). I remember being warned to stop it because leaving coins on the track could cause the train to derail. We kinda doubted it but found other mischief to get into.
Can putting stuff (coins or whatever) really cause train derailment??
Typically around 1000 per year in the US.
That’s about three a day.
Not sure about the coins, but I know a fellow whose friends would slather the rails along a significant grade with hog grease at butchering season to make the steam loco’s belch extra soot; maybe even stall the train until a helper engine could arrive.

A huge warehouse / distribution center in Kissimmee, Florida is on fire. It seems to be a place for organic agriculture, gardening supplies and such.

A set of box cars on an old siding, one of the carriages slips of the rail. Nothing damaged except 2 railroad ties.
That still counts as a derailment.
We don ‘t have 10-15 cars piled up on main lines 3 times per day. Not even 3 times per week.

That would be NONE of them. And why the hell call the EPA? They would probably find some frog and destroy a farmer who has tracks next to his property.
Our enemies would NEVER take advantage of our open borders. Iran, Russia, China, Venezuela, MEXICO (who is allowing them in to their country to sneak in to the USA)... NAH. Never. Chomo Joe says that border is secure.
I suspect that someone (ANTIFA perhaps) has been pulling spikes from the ties. What I see there is rail separation.
