One look at how incompetent our federal government is and I'm sure there are thousands of people Biden's goons placed in high level jobs based on sexual kink and pigmentation - and NOT ON MERIT OR COMPETENCE.
I have quite a few friends and former classmates within Fed.gov at various levels and locations, from Defense to Interior to HHS.
All would admit that political classification (ie. gay, black, whatever) did get some people their jobs. At the same time, they would also say, these people are not necessarily unqualified, but their political classification certainly helped.
Also, they all dislike their jobs. They all hate the intense bureaucracy and necessary jargon needed to couch speech within Fed.gov. They all will admit Fed.gov is bloated, and even though they dislike their own specific bureaucracies, they all ironically feel the Fed.gov bureaucracy is a force for good. And as you would imagine, they all are still progressives / leftists
So in sum - they are a full of cognitive dissonance and confusion.
