Rep. Andy Biggs told FBI leadership that he and his colleagues are reconsidering their support of the reauthorization of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, based on findings from a report issued by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.
The Arizona Republican sent a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray on Tuesday regarding the agency’s use of “backdoor searches” to access FISA data to get information relating to U.S. citizens.

Remove the support. They were in on the spying on Americans and Trump.
Doesn’t matter what Congress does, or judges do, they’ll find ways to do it anyway, even if it’s illegal. They’re a rogue political asset to the RATs at this point.
They need to be gone...completely.

I doubt it makes any difference whether or not they reauthorize it.
Not reauthorizing it will simply cause the FBI to intentionally drop the ball on some big terrorism case. Then when the attack happens, they’ll blame the GOP without mentioning it by name. They’ll say the attack happened because FISA warrants and subpoenas were quashed back in 2023.
I agree. Samantha Power was the main abuser of FISA and she is STILL a powerful person in this administration. The people abusing power have names and addresses.

Examples: Whitmer kidnapping plot, Jan 6th (Ray Epps and company), Mandalay Bay, classification of traditional Latin mass Catholics as potential terrorists...and going further back- Ruby Ridge, Waco.

Disagree, if they do it illegally it is still better the law calls it illegal than when the law sanctions their abuses.
Pull the plug on both FISA and then the FIB.
