I haven’t seen mosquitos yet but on warm days like today, I imagine a few pop out. Idf it’s warm enough for the frogs to wake up, it’s warm enough for bugs.
We’re a day behind you on temps. Our low tomorrow night is supposed to be low 20s. Tonight’s low will be around freezing and they say we’ll have snow in the morning as the front moves on out.
We apparently didn’t get any rain while I slept but tornados were starting to break out in west TN. There’s one over there now, west of Nashville, and one in MS that’s about to cross over into TN.
It’s all moving slowly and should weaken by the time it gets here after dark. It’s cloudy, breezy, and 70 degrees now. Windows open. :-)
Fingers crossed that those tornadoes dissipate before they reach your location. Just what you need on top of cold and snow and whatever else is going on. Crazy winter.
No tornados anywhere at the moment and with luck no more will pop up.
Aaaaaand, just as I typed that, Ryan announced a new tornado warning a couple of counties west of us.
If we do get snow in the morning, I doubt much will stick. The ground’s warm. I have nowhere I need to go so will happily stay inside. It’s going to be very windy tomorrow, they say, so those 40 degrees we’ll have won’t eeeeeeeeeven feel like it. A good day to stay inside.
It’s still pretty chilly here and there is a still north breeze that makes it cutting. I will only go out one more time to give the kitties more water. Brrr
