Putin does not have enough money for the war: oil companies will additionally collect taxes for 600 billion rubles

The Ministry of Finance of Russia plans to additionally collect more than 600 billion rubles from Russian oil and gas companies in 2023 thanks to the application of a new formula for determining the price of oil when calculating taxes, which from April will limit the discount on Russian Urals oil relative to the price of Brent.

This was stated by Russian Deputy Finance Minister Mikhail Kotyukov at a meeting of the State Duma Committee on budget and taxes, which approved the relevant changes to Russian legislation, RBC reports.

"We expect the total budget effect in 2023 to reach more than 600 billion rubles at the expense of all proposals," the official said.

Russian experts also estimated additional budget revenues of the Russian Federation due to the introduction of a new procedure for calculating "oil" taxes at 500-600 billion rubles.

The deputy head of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation assured that the increase in the tax burden "will not affect the volume of production in the oil industry."

At the same time, the deputies asked the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation to assess the losses of local budgets due to changes in the principles of calculating oil taxes. According to the head of the Duma Committee on budget and taxes Andrey Makarov, the new formula may lead to a reduction in income tax, which is paid, among other things, to regional budgets.

As reported, the Russian government in a new formula for calculating the tax on oil and gas exports proposes to limit the discount on Urals crude oil to 3 34 per barrel in April, до 31 in May,. 28 in June and. 25 in July.

Earlier, Russia said it would reduce oil production by 500,000 barrels per day (B/D), or about 5% of production, in March after the West sets marginal prices for Russian oil and petroleum products.

As reported, according to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, oil and gas revenues of the Russian budget in January amounted to 426 billion rubles, which is 46% less than in January 2022 and 53% less than in December.

Non-oil and gas budget revenues of the Russian Federation in January amounted to 931 billion rubles and decreased by 28% by January 2022.

At the same time, federal budget expenditures increased to 3.12 trillion rubles per month, exceeding the figures of January last year by 59%. Thus, the budget deficit of the Russian Federation in January reached 1.76 trillion rubles (about.25 billion), which is comparable to the federal budget deficit for the whole of last year, which amounted to approximately 3.3 trillion rubles.

Due to the fall in oil and gas revenues, the Ministry of Finance in January for the first time since 2020 resumed the sale of foreign currency in the equivalent of 54.5 billion rubles per month. In February, the Russian Ministry of Finance will increase sales of foreign currency due to a decrease in oil and gas budget revenues by almost three times.

Vladimir Putin Refuses To Fly, Anxious Russian President ‘Only Travels By Armored Trains’ As Fears Of Assassination Grow

Russian President Vladimir Putin has been taking every precaution to ensure his safety as his ongoing war against Ukraine reaches its one-year mark next week.

Insiders have noted that his public appearances are becoming a rarity as he fears assassination attempts, with Ex-KGB spy Yury Shvets suggesting that Putin is most concerned with being poisoned, RadarOnline.com has discovered.

“It looks like he fears for his life,” said Shvets. “Poison is the weapon of complete villains. And who now has this weapon, even he does not know. This is a source of very great stress for him.”

Putin has been utilizing an armored train for his travel around Russia, reportedly ceasing any use of his presidential plane as the tension between nations rages on.

The train is camouflaged in gray and red and appears like all the other passenger trains but has secret radio antennae for special communications fixed to the roof of the carriages, according to the Daily Star.

Journalist Ilya Rozhdestvensk pointed out that several of Putin’s properties are “located in an area where flights are significantly limited, due to combat activities.”

“That is to say, if the president feels like visiting his palace near Gelendzhik [on the Black Sea], there is no guarantee that there will not be an attempt to shoot down his plane,” Rozhdestvensk emphasized.

The Dossier Center reported that Putin has made the armored train his go-to for long-distance trips to his residences, making the switch in the spring of 2021.

There is reportedly a guarded railway station with a helipad in the territory of the Valdaysky National Park not too far from the village of Dolgiye Borody. It is claimed the station and a special railway line to it were built only for the president.

I really hate being so negative, but your behavior vis-à-vis the Uke war appears obsessive. And not just a little.

Grifting, I mean. China is probably the principal source of foreign payoffs these days. At various times Russia was big in that, or let’s say Russians, as the oligarchs had many needs. That is the insufficiently studied subject of the Clinton Foundation. Obama was openly paid off by the Germans through Bertelsman, acting for others? Who knows. And he also took Chinese money. Saudi Arabia was the bucks behind the Bushes.

Ukraine was small potatoes. Biden was a small time crook compared to the others. And he too was paid off by Russians and Chinese, it’s not like Ukraine was a strategic nexus of any sort.

But by far US political payoffs are native. There is way more money sloshing around in NYC than anywhere else on earth, and it is always in desperate need of legislative and regulatory favors. Look to the US itself as the most corrupt “hyper corrupt”) country on the planet.

Some people adopt an issue as their own. Anti-abortion say. The ultimate effect of that came to pass just last year, so it wasn’t futile.

Some like history and post regularly on certain categories of topics. I wouldn’t call them obsessive.

The Ukraine war is the biggest and most significant war of our time. It deserves attention.

My thanks also. It will be a good reminder just how many were deceived by Biden’s war cheerleaders and westernMSM propaganda, much like his Covid vax hoax, Mandates and forced economic shutdowns.

“ The Awakening “ is near.

The world is blessed to have a rational and forceful leader like Putin. God bless Russia for taking the war to the globalists, the cabalists, the plutocrats, and those others trying to destroy Christianity and wipe it off the Earth.

And God bless the Ukrainian people, who not only live under a brutal dictatorship, but also live under a dictatorship dedicated to the rainbow flag and the advancement of breath-taking corruption, not the Ukrainian people.

The evil people who control so many governments want Ukrainians to die in order to promote transgenderism, depopulation, and corruption on an ungodly scale. Russia fights for their brothers.
