Parts of Georgia grand jury report on Trump election reversal bid out Thursday

A Georgia judge has said he will reveal portions of a grand jury report later this week detailing the investigation into former President Donald Trump’s alleged election interference in the Peach State.

The Monday ruling follows a probe by Atlanta’s top prosecutor into whether the 76-year-old Trump and his allies conspired to commit voter fraud after a January 2021 recording revealed the 45th president pressed the state’s top election official to alter the results of the 2020 presidential election.

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney wrote that he would keep secret the grand jury’s recommendations for the inquiry that featured testimony from 75 people — including former Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani and Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC).

What the hell country are we living in?

Georgia leftwing and their GOP imposters bringing out long knives for Trump and MAGA.

Absolutely nothing wrong making a phone call to request investigation of election cheating. Except when the person on the other end is a GOP imposter named Raffensperger.

When all is said and done, Raffensperger will be lucky to hold a job as a Walmart greeter.

"Parts of Georgia grand jury report on Trump election reversal bid out Thursday"

"Absolutely nothing wrong making a phone call to request investigation of election cheating."

If I remember correctly, Trump requested that Georgia throw out known bogus ballots, correction welcome.

Otherwise, corrupt (imo) J6 Democratic and RINO federal lawmakers who voted to accept allegedly stolen electoral votes on Biden's behalf in the name of state sovereignty wrongly ignored their oaths to uphold Section 2 of the 14th Amendment imo, that section a penalty for states where vote-counting fraud has occurred.

"14th Amendment, Section 2: Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State." [Apportionment of Representatives]

Regarding Section 2, consider that the post-Civil War congressional Republicans who drafted Section 2 made it to discourage Southern Democrats (my words) from rigging the ballot boxes that Democrats are now alleged to have done for 2020, 2022 and possibly earlier elections!

"Because slavery (except as punishment for crime) had been abolished by the Thirteenth Amendment, the freed slaves would henceforth be given full weight for purposes of apportionment. This situation was a concern to the Republican leadership of Congress, who worried that it would increase the political power of the former slave states, even as such states continued to deny freed slaves the right to vote." —Apportionment of Representatives

So if this were a better world, then all J6 lawmakers who supported Biden would probably lose their offices under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment for open rebellion against the Constitution by obstructing the due process of Section 2 above.

"14th Amendment, Section 3: No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof [emphases added]. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability."

The question is, are the corrupt, constitutionally undefined political parties trying to effectively keep the Civil War alive in order to effectively flip the outcome of that war in favor of Democrats having control of federal and state governments?

Finally patriots, what is your threshold of “pain” for peacefully stopping unconstitutionally big state and federal governments?

The inevitable remedy for ongoing, post-17A ratification, corrupt political party treason (imo)...

All MAGA patriots need to wake up their RINO federal and state lawmakers by making the following clear to them.

If they don’t publicly support either a resolution, or a Constitutional Convention, to effectively "secede" ALL the states from the unconstitutionally big federal government by amending the Constitution to repeal the 16th (direct taxes) and 17th (popular voting for federal senators) Amendments (16&17A), doing so before the primary elections in 2024, that YOU will primary them.

If the proposed amendment was limited strictly to repealing 16&17A, relatively little or ideally no discussion would be needed before ratification of the amendment imo.

With 16&17A out of the way, my hope is that Trump 47 becomes the FIRST president of a truly constitutionally limited power federal government.

In the meanwhile, I'm not holding my breath for significant MAGA legislation to appear in the first 100 days of new term for what may still prove to be another RINO-controlled House.

Trump will hopefully do another round of primarying RINOs for 2024 elections.

You don’t leak a grand jury report if they are going to indict.

This is just more garbage propaganda. Like “He used an empty folder to block the light” or “He was evading taxes and we need his tax documents” or “Russian Collusion” or “He was selling nuclear secrets” or “He’s a racist” or “He is a fascist” or.........I mean the democratic party and deep state lies never stop.

Absolutely nothing wrong making a phone call to request investigation of election cheating.

Maybe he was only asking for an investigation, and I doubt this is enough to actually charge him with anything, but the quotes are quite questionable with regard to what he was actually asking:

“So look. All I want to do is this. I just want to find 11,780 votes, which is one more than we have.”

“And there’s nothing wrong with saying, you know, um, that you’ve recalculated.”

"I need 11,000 votes, give me a break."

Willis testified to the judge that full disclosure may violate the rights of those who may be indicted.

The alternate electors, also part of the investigation, may not be.
