I wonder when the discussion will get around to: who Tim Scott will pick for his "First Lady?"

So Haley, Scott, Hogan and Christie will all be fighting over 1% of the Republican primary voters?
To: Perseverando
Hmmm and what will the attention whore have to say about Tim getting in the race??

The only good thing about all of this is for the first time in decades it will be RINO’s and Rockefeller types splitting their votes instead of conservatives.

His voting record is among the most conservative in the Senate?
I’m not totally familiar with his overall record so we’ll have to look into that more.
I do know he is too liberal for most people on Free Republic. So then wonder how conservative is he really?

And another delusional fool looking to add “former presidential candidate “ (for about 15 minutes) steps out of the shadows shakes his fist at Trump and whines “orange man’s policies are good but we have to work across the political spectrum.”
Go away Tim you will only embarrass yourself.

I always liked this guy but haven’t seen much from him lately. I remember being impressed by his speech at the last convention.

Usually, the RINOs line up behind one candidate and count on Conservatives splitting their vote. This cycle seems to be the RINOs lining up to split their own vote.

They're not trying to wrestle the GOP away from Trump. They're all jockeying for position as his VP or cabinet. Or at the very least, increase their public exposure for 2028.
Tomorrow's real presidential contenders are today's presidential newbies. Even Trump didn't win his first time (running in 2000 in the Reform Party, and sorta campaigning for 2012 GOP).

His voting record is among the most conservative in the Senate? I looked at Mark Levin's Liberty Score and did a sort by Party, Senate, high to low.
Of 49 Republican Senators:
Tim Scott #15 77%
McConnel #43 44%
Lindsey #44 43%
Just saying....

At long last my Senator resurfaces. Glad to hear he is still around.
