I pretty much agree. The song seems to be pretty good. I don’t think dubbing it a Black National Anthem is a net positive. We shouldn’t call the Star Spangled Banner a White National Anthem.
Let’s have the NA and some patriotic songs. America the Beautiful, Lift Every Voice, etc. A shame people want to continue to divide us over this art.
Yeah. What I see was a demographic spread of “target audiences”. They didn’t put any demands on anybody, they didn’t introduce any of them. Just “here’s some songs, enjoy what you like”.
