I no longer watch the NFL so I did not watch the game. My understanding is that the fans were asked to stand. So were the fans asked to stand for an entire block of patriotic music? That seems a little odd.
I didn’t hear any kind of request at all. I suppose it’s technically possible and they just didn’t broadcast it on TV but that would be odd. From what I saw they just started tossing out the music. No fanfare, no intros, no requests. Just the tunes.
