The balloon shot down off the Carolinas was a conventional high-altitude balloon with props and electric motors for maneuvering.
The three smaller objects have nothing to do with my propellor comment, and probably nothing to do with the first balloon, as would be clear from the verbiage to any fifth grade reader.
