The NFL played the divisive so-called "Black National Anthem" before Super Bowl LVII on Sunday night.
Left-wing "Influencer" and “Victoriously Aware” actress/author Sheryl Lee Ralph sang the anthem.
The NFL announced it would be playing the “Black National Anthem” (their words) as “a prominent part of all big league events,” including the Super Bowl, NFL Playoffs, NFL Draft, and NFL Kickoff game.
But to its credit, FOX Sports did not identify the song as the Black National Anthem. Instead, they introduced it by its name, “Lift Every Voice and Sing.”
The woke league plays the song to reinforce its 10-year, $250 million commitment to "combat systemic racism" - which they were cajoled into adopting after the 21020 George Floyd riots. 58% of the NFL players are black.
in 2021 Front Office Sports reported that the NFL “will introduce more social justice messaging on fields and player helmets during the upcoming 2021 season, following up on initial efforts from 2020.”
Responses were not favorable:
Well, they played the "Black" anthem before the actual non-racist National Anthem, and the stadium announcer asked everyone to "please rise" for the divisive, needless theme.

I did the same thing at the basketball game last night. That is not my anthem.
When I read this headline my first thought was .. “Oh, that’s right, they did the Super Bowl today.”
Soon if whitey doesn’t stand he will get punched out.
“The Star Spangled Banner” is our national anthem and I will stand with my hand over my heart for that song.
They should play Dixie.

Maybe she saved her money from the times when she was a well-paid newscaster? Maybe she does not live paycheck to paycheck? Maybe somebody gave her a free ticket?
Do we know for sure that this was during the singing? I see it is timestamped for 5 pm but I didn’t watch so don’t know if that time fits. However, based on the reactions of the rest of the folks in that picture, it doesn’t look like any of them are paying any heed at all to anything going on at the field.
On another note, Sheryl Lee Ralph looks like she should be working in some red light district.

I’m waiting for the Irish-American anthem, the German-American anthem, the Spanish-American anthem, the Russian-American anthem, and the Mexican-American anthem.
Oh, wait! The ice cream truck plays the Mexican-American anthem every afternoon.
