This is around late Nov 2020 or Dec 2020. The night before, there was a blackout at the Vatican. Rumors were of an arrest of the Italian PM or Pres.

Note the unused airspacee from DC south to Georgia. I do not believe there was any TFR/Notam for this. If I recollect, it lasted most of the morning.

Back in 52 or 53 a minor league GM took 8mm film of two objects like this passing over his ballpark which I think was in Idaho. I sa w the vid when I was a kid when I saw the film UFO about Project Sign and Blue Book as seen by press officer Al Chop who later became NASA spokesman and public info backup to Shorty Powers.

I suppose on the bright side, the ballo0ns are not likely to be carrying a nuclear payload as those bombs are reputed to be very heavy.

However, biological or chemical warfare/attack, is most certainly not off the table.
