Palestinian activists attack Israeli ambassador in Madrid

The Israeli ambassador to Spain, Rodica Radia-Gordin, was attacked by a few dozen pro-Palestinan activists during a lecture at a university in Madrid.

A video published Friday on social media shows how the ambassador was taken to a safe room by Israeli and local security guards, and one even pulled out his weapon and pointed it at the activists.

The Israeli embassy in Madrid stated: "We are shocked bt the anti-Israeli demonstrator's violence aimed at the Israeli ambassador at a conference at Complutense University marking 30 years to the Oslo Accords. We thank the dean for bravely and determinedly leading an open and balanced academic discourse. We will not comment on issues regarding the embassy's security."
