President Biden met with Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva Friday marking the weeks following riots in the South American country. "Both our nations' strong democracy has been tested of late, very much tested," said Biden, "Our institutions were put in jeopardy. Both the United States and Brazil democracy prevailed."
