Agreed, but now that you mention it, I recall that Maryland’s approval is what’s preventing new relocated stadium because he’s not woke enough . Financing may not be the prime issue.
So, he’s ceded “control” of the team to his wife because of a misogynistic culture. And he changed the name to appease critics.
