In the 19th century Frankenstein was considered horror and fiction.
The current generation of young Frankensteins can only add to the horror and fiction of the original. It is fantasy, it shall always be fantasy, and the concepts and propositions being presented never shall be achieved.
If a supposed “female”. a male assuming the persona of the female gender, could carry an embryo, it could be done by simply attaching the fertilized egg to the blood-rich internal organs, particularly the external of the intestinal walls, or other abdominal organs like the spleen or liver.
Ectopic pregnancy is when this phenomenon occurs in otherwise normal females. The ovaries are not actually attached directly to the uterus, but are connected by the Fallopian tubes. A very deep penetration by a sperm, meeting the descending egg while still in the Fallopian tube, manages to achieve fertilization, and the fertilized egg implants within the tubal, a tubal pregnancy. If the tube bursts and releases the egg, it will still attempt to implant on the nearest blood-rich organ, and a form of pregnancy begins. Before this can proceed very far, however, the externally-implanted embryo quickly gets to a size that threatens the mother, and this must be terminated, as there is no way a live child may be delivered by this method, as the mother will succumb and die long before the embryo is viable.
There is no way this chain of events can ever go right, resulting in the delivery of a live, viable child, and still preserve the life of the mother.
Instead it has become predictive. Remember how it ended?
