A pregnant woman who was shot multiple times outside a convenience store in Fayetteville has lost her unborn child.
Rich says she had no idea the three men standing near the ice machine outside the Cumberland Food Mart were up to no good.
Security camera video shows Rich leaving the store and the confrontation begins.
"The guy said, 'Give me that!' and grabbed my keys," she recalls. "I thought he was playing, because he was young. And then I went, like, to reach after him, and he shot me."
Rich says the seven gunshots happened so fast.
"I think I was shot two or three times before I really realized that he had a gun," she says. "I looked at him. He had a gun in his hand. I heard it, and I felt it, but I was in shock."
After being shot, surveillance footage shows her stumble around the car for protection then go back inside the store for help.
"When I got in the store, I realized I was bleeding out," she says. "I lay down, and everybody was standing around me, and nobody was really helping."

What is wrong with people? That person is just standing there leaning on the counter as though this is all normal.

...........yes, we should consider reparations for all the damage the black race has done in America for the past 300 years, for the welfare, for the prisons, for the cops, for the courts, for lawyers, for medical expenses (like for this woman) for lives taken and on and on. It would be trillions of dollars. I will donate my reparations check to this poor woman who, apparently, did absolutely nothing, they just shot her for the hell of it. Tens of thousands of medical bills to come in what’s left of her life.
Seven shots. At one time thieves would only shoot to ward off a cop or to attempt an escape. Now they shoot just for the hell of it.
This will end badly, very badly. Liberals who think otherwise are dangerously naive, sick dreamers.

That is how my old eyes saw it. I only have peripheral vision in one of my eyes due to an accident in my 20’s.

Fayetteville, affectionately called Fayettenam, has some rough areas. My daughter in law lives nearby in Raeford.
I tell her stay clear of the city in general.
Don’t discount the possibility of shock. Untrained people often freeze in such situations. The just don’t know what to do.
And sometimes it even happens to trained people. Awhile back I read an article about a karate master who was jumped in a park. He spent his whole life training for that moment. He froze, and got beat up pretty bad.
So wonderful how we’ve normalized wearing masks in pubic.

Seems we’re officially a third world country now so the decent folks in these communities need to band together and become vigilantes. I truly believe it’s the only way to get things back under control.
I think masks should be outlawed - controlled - registered - something! Not kidding. You are correct - I am positive more and more of these actions are happening with the belief they are disguised and won’t be identified.
Maybe FR should have a category exclusively for threads of this kind. They are getting to be a large % of the threads which isn’t a good sign for the country - among other things.

Innocent black folks get shot up too. But what you said there is certainly part of the equation. Critical Race Theory says that all whites are evil, all of the time. How is that different from the anti-Jewish Nazi propaganda of the 1930s? It’s not.
And CRT is not only in the schools. It has spread to many homes, businesses, and street corners. A horrible genie has been unleashed, just like in the 1930s. It will be very difficult to get this genie back in the bottle.
But I am not totally without hope. Perhaps a pushback will come from good, sensible religious people of all colors. We shall see.
Blacks are the only culture world wide that destroys neighborhoods and the business areas they live in , in all countries . Even in Africa where they thrown white out of power then the rob, rape in pillage th poor whites they take it from, then kill each other. They ruin school systems when they move into districts , white have to lower all test in every government and private job sector to allow blacks to qualify for jobs...
And now they as usual blame whites, Asians, hispanics for all their failures since the beginning of time.
When our country goes into civil war again and we start all over , it will be the same thing over again. We whites never learn...
