there is no negotiations with someone who is a liar and a cheat. The Russians are still not living up to their treaty obligations and they won’t on this. With Russia the more things change the more they stay the same. Give them half a loaf and they will come back for the other half.

That’s BS. Putin never wanted all of Ukraine. The eventual (assuming the DC warmongers don’t start WWIII) negotiated settlement will give what he has only demanded, Crimea and the areas he annexed last fall. That could have been accomplished in March or April before the corrupt DC warmongers with the support of their hinterland stooges prolonged the killing of Russian and Uke men, women and children.
