Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.V., is reportedly "livid" with how President Biden has begun implementing the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), the major Democratic Party legislation that was signed into law only after the senator from West Virginia pledged to support it. Even though Manchin pledged support for the bill after months of debate with party members and the president on proposed legislation, Politico reported Thursday he has been "raising hell" on Capitol Hill over how the Biden administration is rolling it out.

Manchin, they’ll pretend this is about “ climate change” and you pretend to be outraged when they implement it…wasn’t that the deal?

Thank you for referencing that article Carriage Hill. Please note that the following critique is directed at the article and not at you.

"Manchin furious with Biden White House over climate law's implementation: 'This is bulls--t'."

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument

All that post-17th Amendment ratification Sen. Manchin, or any so-called "MAGA Republican" lawmaker, has to do to effectively exercise one person majority power to stop Congress / Biden Administration steal of unique state power to police environment is to publicly whistle-blow that the states have never expressly constitutionally given the feds the specific power to police the environment.

"From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]." —United States v. Butler, 1936.

What's your threshold of pain for unconstitutionally big federal government patriots?

“Cherish, therefore, the spirit of our people, and keep alive their attention. If once they become inattentive to the public affairs, you and I, and Congress and Assemblies, judges and governors, shall all become wolves [emphasis added]. It seems to be the law of our general nature.” - Thomas Jefferson (Letter to Edward Carrington January 16, 1787)

The inevitable remedy for ongoing, corrupt post-17A ratification political party treason (imo)...

All MAGA patriots need to wake up their RINO federal and state lawmakers by making the following clear to them.

If they don’t publicly support either a resolution, or a Constitutional Convention, to effectively "secede" ALL the states from the unconstitutionally big federal government by amending the Constitution to repeal the 16th (direct taxes) and 17th (popular voting for federal senators) Amendments (16&17A), doing so before the primary elections in 2024, that YOU will primary them.

If the proposed amendment was limited strictly to repealing 16&17A, relatively little or ideally no discussion would be needed before ratification of the amendment imo.

With 16&17A out of the way, my hope is that Trump 47 becomes the FIRST president of a truly constitutionally limited power federal government.

In the meanwhile, I'm not holding my breath for significant MAGA legislation to appear in the first 100 days of new term for what may still prove to be another RINO-controlled House.

Trump will hopefully do another round of primarying RINOs for 2024 elections.

It’s an act. Manchin voted for it. He’s a leftist POS without any principles. I don’t believe the MSM’s narrative that he’s a moderate. That’s just another lie.

Look at who “we” (PA) put into the US Senate:

Fetterman is a zombie. Besides being in the hospital again, do we even hear from him. Casey isn’t much different. I haven’t heard a thing from Casey in ages.

It's clear that because he lacks steadfast principles, Manchin is always -- always -- negotiating ... and, as years of following him in action clearly show, he "negotiates" to benefit himself above anyone and anything else ...
which makes him a typical Democrat/Communist Party politician.

Just as with Fauci, the CDC, and most every unelected bureaucrat and elected "professional politician", I don't believe a single word Manchin says ... about anything!
