"What we want to do is push our state legislature to legalize sex trade in California. This would allow localities to regulate the trade and keep people safe," said Lerma.

Hey it worked for San Franciscan Kamala Harris. A little Willie Brown casting couch action and now she is Vice President of the United States.

The “Red Light District” concept seems to work very well in places like Amsterdam and Hamburg, why not San Francisco.

Drug problem? Legalize drugs! Shoplifting problem? Legalize it. Petty theft? Same solution. The solution to crime in a leftist utopia is to Legalize it or decriminalize it.

Just what San Francisco needs. It’s already the world’s toilet. Now it wants to be the world’s whorehouse too.

Long past due...

Legalize, regulate, tax it, health certificates, legal citizen status, etc...

The term “sex trafficking” is very specific. California wants to legalize sex trafficking, the version described below. Legalizing prostitution is NOT THE SAME as legalizing sex trafficking. The obfuscation is intentional.

Sex trafficking is human trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation. It has been called a form of modern slavery because of the way victims are forced into sexual acts non-consensually, in a form of sexual slavery. Perpetrators of the crime are called sex traffickers or pimps—people who manipulate victims to engage in various forms of commercial sex with paying customers. Sex traffickers use force, fraud, and coercion as they recruit, transport, and provide their victims as prostitutes. Sometimes victims are brought into a situation of dependency on their trafficker(s), financially or emotionally. Every aspect of sex trafficking is considered a crime, from acquisition to transportation and exploitation of victims. This includes any sexual exploitation of adults or minors, including child sex tourism (CST) and domestic minor sex trafficking (DMST).

Don’t forget that they defund the police, get fewer arrests, have marxist DAs drop charges, and then claim crime went down.

Or physically, by pimps getting them addicted to drugs, where they need to bring money back to the pimp in order to get their next dose.

San Francisco’s city government outlawed plastic straws but will give you a plastic syringe for free

Prostitution, an untapped revenue stream.
Wonder how much they’ll charge for a hooker license?
Then there’s entertainment tax, hotel tax, handling charges…

Hey! Zook. Remember when we sent you to SF on that business trip? What is this entertainment charge we have on the company credit card? Accounting wants to know.

Yep, other states too. Some outlawed plastic bags because they were ending up strewn all over the place, but now the streets are littered with masks and plastic or latex gloves.

Its just History—Remember the Barbary Coast? It was a sexual Disneyland and only the 1906 earthquake shut it down.

Just watch, they’ll screw it up just like they did with legal pot.
Restricted, over-regulated, overtaxed sex will never have a chance against back-alley street-corner action.

San Fran already has red lights on every corner, at each intersection.

If they just had a light color for poop districts . . .
