I’m not joking.
Problem identification is usually needed for problem solving.
I should further add that if 60% of the kiddies in Miss Teacher’s class are learning well and 40% of the kiddies in Miss Teacher’s class are learning poorly, it probably is the fault of the 40% and not Miss Teacher.
In my day, the main problem teachers had was their attitude and not their knowledge.
The second major problem was lack of timely follow up to ensure the subject matter was learned.
