Putin chillingly threatens 'response' if UK gives fighter jets to Ukraine: Kremlin sabre rattlers warn of 'military-political consequences for Europe and entire world' if Britain 'escalates' conflict - as Sunak tells Zelensky NOTHING is off the table President Volodymyr Zelensky pleaded for aircraft during a visit to Britain today But Russian Embassy in London has warned UK against supplying warplanes

Vladimir Putin has threatened a 'response' involving 'military-political consequences' if the UK supplies planes to Ukraine in the fight against Russian forces.

President Volodymyr Zelensky yesterday made his first visit to Britain since the outbreak of the invasion last year, warning that the war could 'stagnate' if jets are not forthcoming from the West.

Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, speaking at a joint press conference, responded to his plea by admitting 'nothing is off the table' when pushed on providing aircraft before stressing that Britain will now start preparing the Ukrainian air force.

But Moscow has threatened a 'response' if the Government does supply planes, with some Nato states concerned about provoking a direct clash.

The Russian Embassy in London strongly warned the UK against supplying the warplanes, saying Britain would bear responsibility 'for another twist of escalation and the ensuing military-political consequences for the European continent and the entire world'.

Yes, the USSR was the true threat to the US and Germany may have been able to actually topple the USSR and then be absorbed with dealing with the fallout for a long time. If not, then an armed combat standoff between those two states would relieved the US of any concern with either of those states. In any case the US would have been relieved of the stupendous financial burden of Second World War and the Cold War. A fraction of the costs of those two conflicts would have been more than sufficient to fund a military establishment to protect the US, not to engage in perpetual global conflict.

So the same way, by eliminating Putin’s chance yo become a bigger threat you are saving thousands of American lives and billions or trillions of dollars

Russia represents no threat to the US. The USSR under Stalin represented a threat due to its ideological base and Stalin’s determination on world domination. Today Russia is just another great power. That appears unacceptable to globalist and Washington. Russia could dominate Europe and it would mean nothing to actual American vital interests. The globalists need to break up Russia to achieve their goal of a world wide borderless universal empire. Russia is engaged in fighting this alien attack off. You understand this as you are a paid hack for the globalists and their F Street stooges.

Russia represents no threat to the US.

If Putin had stuck to his "salami tactics" of slicing off parts of his neighbors or even better if he had focused on gaining control to his south, there would have been no threat

But he focused westwards and that would inevitably bring him to conflict with American interests

Just as Hitler's conquest of Czechoslovakia was "no threat to the USA", but it built up to more, so too with Putin's attempt to vassalize Ukraine

Today Russia is just another great power.

Putin didn't get the memo on that

He considers that Russia should be the superpower rival to the USA

If he did not aim to antagonize the USA he would have focused on slowly dominating his rivals - he would have used his hackers, money and soft power to take over Ukraine and Belarus (as he was doing prior to 2014)

But hubris got to him

Incorrect

European countries are, after Canada and Mexico, the largest bloc of American trading parters

Nope

The globalists are Putin and Xi who want their dominance over the globe -- read about the Chinese One road one belt initiative and the 7 dashed line

Nope -- only those who support Putin and/or Xi are globalists -- do you support Putin?

I support America, who you surely do not. Your only desire, or what you are being paid to say, is to entangle the United States in a war in central Europe for which there is no American interest. China and Russia are great powers pursuing their interests. The people who pay you wish to destroy Russia as they wish to destroy normal Americans. Both are stumbling blocks to your paymaster’s plans for a global empire.

Soros, WEU, Gates goal is a universal empire. China has bought off so much of the US political classthat they have to proceed more carefully than with Russia. You are either a paid hack or you are one of those annoying people who demand the US serve the interests of some country your ancestors immigrated from, in either case you are an enemy of this country.

sounds like Putin is the one “escalating things”

Puta has been "escalating" things since the day he invaded a neighboring country.

The hubris your post contains is astounding. This is the mentality of K Street and the McCane Republicans and their ‘National Grandeur’ ideology. If Russia can become the most powerful state in Europe what is that to real Americans who work for a living not propagandists, government hacks, and K Street agents such as you.
