When I was in college, the same people trying to get WW3 started CELEBRATED Stalin (and Mao, and Che).In my non-academic online work, I have a Hispanic colleague whose first name is Stalin; I've never asked him about it since he's not a hardcord leftist, I just assume his parents were commies.
