When I was in college, the same people trying to get WW3 started CELEBRATED Stalin (and Mao, and Che).

In my non-academic online work, I have a Hispanic colleague whose first name is Stalin; I've never asked him about it since he's not a hardcord leftist, I just assume his parents were commies.

Back before they largely made me stop working in favor of doing the skiing in SW Mont. that the rest of America didn’t want to do, I worked with a guy named Jihad [went by Jay...].

I was never really sure about him.

I was on a consulting gig about a dozen years ago, and there was a guy named Jihad. So this would have been around a decade after 9/11. I found it interesting.
