Rush made me think. The closest host for me is Mark Levin.
Andrew Wilkow does a great job. He’s on satellite radio in the same time slot as Rush’s. I find his show a good listen though I really do miss Rush.
I miss my lunch partner of some 30 years.
Ditto. I can’t even tell them apart.
Since he left 12 to 3pm hasn’t been the same.
After years of my internal alarm clock sounding off at 9:06 am Pacific time, it has faded.
Rush taught us how to think and analyze the enemy.
Advanced Conservative Studies, right?
Now we know how to ‘follow the money trail’, ‘know them like the back of my nicotine stained hand’, etc.
So we can do a lot of the work on our own now.
Backed up by ‘alternate’ sources like FR, InfoWars, multiple talk shows, Tucker (for now), blogs, etc.
And I believe Rush’s show started all the alternate sources we now have.
Thanks Rush.
I couldn’t bring myself to listen’s Rush’s last week and his goodbye. I always listened at work and would have been a mess. Like many of you, I have not gone back to talk radio. This forum is all that fills the void left by Rush.
I did see Jordan Peterson here in Cincinnati and was impressed. I had never heard of him and didn’t do any research before going. I had no idea what to expect. An hour monologue without taking a break or getting a drink of water. I told my friend, Rush is the only person I know who could pull this off.
Clay & Buck are alright but no substitute for Rush. And I’ve cared for the co-host format.
Agree re Bongino.
I still miss Rush terribly. Clay & Buck are ok... but, they are overly focused on Covid. And, the dual host format doesn’t always work.
I guess we’re approaching the 2 year anniversary of Rush’s passing. What a horrible day that was.
Just a few weeks ago, I got the notice from Apple that my Rush 24/7 subscription would not renew. I nearly cried when I read it. I especially loved listening to the Rush podcast when I was on extended trips overseas.
Same here. I miss him.
Fortunately we can now enjoy

This mom was a die-hard Rush Limbaugh fan. Then her kid came out as trans
Marlo Mack is raising her nine-year-old transgender daughter in Seattle. Over the years Mack has felt supported and welcomed in her hometown. But this...
Such a loss
‘All truth is God’s truth.’
the author deals in hubris; correctly stated, the line should have read “I believe all truth is God’s truth...’
are truisms expounded by those who don’t adhere to the author’s preferred divinity proclivities nothing but a pack of lies...?
This is important. It's a huge thing, not a minor thing. The ability to rely at the truth, unless you have the gift of divine inspiration, is that you have to test ideas against reality unitl you find the best fit. This requires picking them up, trying them out, seeing what they can do, modifying them to fit and discarding them when they do not serve.
The problem is some so called conservative organizations like National Review have gone full neocon. I would say the same about Hot Air.
If they’re true they’re true. If they’re not they’re not. If they’re true, they come from God, whether one believes them or not.
No one has come close to replacing Rush. Dan Bongino is OK, but I prefer Vince Coglianese and Chris Plante. I like Buck and Clay more than Hannity, but that’s not saying much.
