<>The problem with Congress is they HAVE NO ENFORCEMENT POWERS.<>
Did you read the article you posted?
“When other branches of the government, or anyone, stonewall Congress by refusing to comply with the authority of the representative arm of the government, it is incumbent upon Congress to exercise its “inherent contempt powers” to arrest the individuals for their contempt.”
“Indeed, the Supreme Court upheld this authority in 1935 when it confirmed Congress’ authority to arrest Assistant Secretary of Commerce William MacCraken for his contempt of Congress in his failure to produce requested documents.”

Yes I read it. But nobody has answered my question — WHO IS GOING TO MAKE THE ARREST? ( IN OTHER WORDS, ENFORCE IT ).
Who will Kevin McCarty call to arrest the non-cooperating agency official without asking the DOJ (under Merrick Garland ) to send FBI agents to do it?
I mentioned the DOJ because previous officials who have been held in contempt were never jailed ( e.g. Eric Holder. Louise Lerner ).
