2023 will forever be known as the year that Biden ceded the sovereignty of US air space, just as 2021 will be known as the year Biden ceded sovereignty over land borders.
We’re still working out what Biden ceded in 2022 - there must have been something.
Very true- was talking about how the left want to give away the greatest aspect of American life- Sovereignty- the other day- obama tried tying us into international rule and now biden will likely try to as well- The left are anti-American- pro international law- They hate that citizens have sovereignty (though we are losing it bit by bit- we certainly aren’t as individually sovereign as we used to be- we used to have a government that worked for the people instead of the other way around

Over and above the fact that it would have been a monstrous dereliction of duty, the fact is that Mattis didn’t conceal it because it would have been easily caught. One leak to the media, one picture of the actual balloon, and he’s left holding a flaming bag of dog poo in one hand and a resignation letter in the other. Whatever else, guys at that level know how to CYA.

They are all in a flap and in trouble with the narrative about prior balloon flights.
The administration leak tried to smear Trump with the prior flight story, but now have to either back it up or look really really stupidly partisan.
Meanwhile, the military and the intel folks either have to back up the administration—and explain where the intel went and/or to whom-— or look anti-Trump and/or inept themselves.

It is the stupidest ploy I’ve seen: lying while knowing people will come out to set the record straight. The idiots should have stated “we hope it was worth it for the Chinese,” and go silent. That’s all.
Then work together a trade block to shift 100% production to other countries, to include Australia.
