can someone please explain exactly what the “dark-web” is?
It’s where the underworld of crime and the most unthinkable crimes takes place because otherwise they’d be outed. I’m glad law enforcement is scouring the dark web. Can’t imagine having that job.

Probly a FBI/NSA listening post that arrests whomever goes there wanting someone to break the law for them.
You wouldnt understand unless youre a techy but look at it like TV used to be. The WWW is on VHF, the Dark Web is in UHF.
