There is another reason the Deep State (some “intelligence” agencies) must be involved in Antifa.
That is because they (sometimes legally, sometimes not) monitor all communications (because of “terrorism”, ya know) so that means they have full fore-knowledge of Antifa activities.
Since there has been no active .gov attempt to prosecute Antifa under existing anti-terrorist, anti-conspiracy or RICO statutes there must be active participation.
There really is no “middle ground” alternative.

(3) Whoever commits or attempts to commit any act to obstruct, impede, or interfere with any fireman or law enforcement officer lawfully engaged in the lawful performance of his official duties incident to and during the commission of a civil disorder which in any way or degree obstructs, delays, or adversely affects commerce or the movement of any article or commodity in commerce or the conduct or performance of any federally protected function—
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.
(b) Nothing contained in this section shall make unlawful any act of any law enforcement officer which is performed in the lawful performance of his official duties.”

Since I’m not from or in Oregon, perhaps I should not comment about its citizens’ political problems.
If Antifa comes around threatening me I will shoot them. Full stop. I don’t care how they write it, Antifa are terorists and should be dealt with as such. They will not pass any laws that protect Antifa. If they do, they will be nullified.
Wouldn’t we expect the demon rats to protect their street thug Brown Shirts?

They are protecting and using Antifa for the same reason that Hitler protected and used the Gestapo and the SS.
I think it may have started out as a somewhat pure Marxist organization, but somewhere along the line it got co-opted.
Because antifa members are the spoiled brats of their biggest donors!
ANTIFA has better tradecraft to be FBI. CIA has more revolutionary paramilitary experience.

The purists have already been thrown to the curve and are banned and canceled by Big Tech just like we are.

As an aside, reparations, collectivism, and even equality/diversity/tolerance/inclusion are going to look insignificant when people start to consider that everything we thought we knew about reality and consciousness itself might be blown away like so much dust.

I read once that the Aunt Teefer boys and girls wanted to call their little group, “Hitler’s Revenge”, but the DNC turned the suggestion down. When I saw their group at a protest in Phoenix, they had 4 or 5 members who were 300 to 400 pounder mamas who had just got off the refugee trail up from the southernmost tip of South America at the “Refugee Invader” welcome entry point in Yuma.
Antifa are their foot soldiers of the 21st century. Just like union thugs were in the last century and the KKK were in the 19th century. Democrats have been resorting to violence to get their way since the beginning.
