It appears to have a leftist bias. Maybe because the MSM is commie to their toes.

“It was more of a segue of identifying the poor choice of your using the word gullible, as Sam Altman had also done with the word break coupled with capitalism.”

I think “break capitalism” is a poor choice of words also. In context, he’s suggesting improving upon it, but not with socialism.

This is why I addressed intellectual property. Capitalism is generally consistent with God’s economy, which recognizes the ownership of property. Socialism attacks ownership and rebels against God’s laws which tells us, “Thou shalt not steal.”

Socialism is based on theft. Capitalism is based on the protection of property rights.

But intellectual property is unique. I do not find the idea of owning intellectual property in the Bible. I would argue that natural law and basic human liberty are generally in opposition to the idea. However, it has proven valuable to incentivize innovation. And I think the founding fathers were quite wise to select the phrase “limited times” when empowering Congress and the president to implement what I call artificial property.

Here is a detailed treatment of the issue, historically:

https://constitution.congress.gov/browse/article-1/section-8/clause-8/#:~:text=Clause%208%20Intellectual%20Property,S8.

What we have today serves to push society toward socialism because so many are unjustly enriched and so many are unjustly made to bear the burdens of taxes and inflation and stifling regulations.

Altman is right in his main point, even if he chose his words poorly. AI should not become intellectual property controlled by a select few wealthy people or our government.

Put AI in the category of arms. We have a right to AI because it will become a powerful weapon—more than even nuclear bombs. But it will be impossible to stop it from being weaponized and falling into the hands of tyrants and terrorists. I think this is essentially why Elon Musk helped start OpenAI in the first place.

ChatGPT isn’t AI at all; it’s been repeatedly shown that it’s nothing more than a propaganda bot ...

Hard to disagree with that assessment at this point.
