Like Russia and Nazi Germany were on the same side, until they weren't.
If China still had a growing population I would say time for China to take Siberia. Both have nukes and declining populations but that isn’t going to happen. Best of all worlds would be for Russia (a cancer on Eastern Europe since forever) and China to become weak and decline.
