You’re confusing average and median. They have different meanings. They can be the same number, but they don’t have to be.
Median
The median is defined as the middle value of a sorted list of numbers. The middle number is found by ordering the numbers. The numbers are ordered in the ascending order. Once the numbers are ordered, the middle number is called the median of the given data set.
Average
Calculated by dividing the sum of the values in the data set by their number of members of the data set.
When I see these graphics of world IQs. They rarely tell you if they are talking about the mean or the median.
I’m very familiar with the difference. Group IQ is normally stated as an “average”.
But regardless, do you think there would be much difference between the median and the average?
Either way the vast majority of the group have extremely low IQ - that was the main point.

The reason there wouldn’t be is because the IQ curve is very close to a “bell curve”, ie, a normal distribution, and for a normal distribution the average and median are the same.
Only when you have a skewed distribution do the two differ.

Let me suggest you read “The Bell Curve”. It has tons of statistics regarding IQ and it explains pretty much everything you see in the everyday realities of racial groups.
