The Nigerian husband of slain New Jersey Councilwoman Eunice Dwumfour — who was gunned down Wednesday night near her Sayreville home — made a bizarre Facebook post Friday morning wishing his deceased wife a happy birthday, even though it’s still more than a month away.
“4th March is your birthday happy glorious birthday in addy my love,” wrote Dwumfour’s husband, who works as a pastor and identifies himself by the name Eze Kings on the social media site.
He punctuated the post with a series of hearts, and attached about a dozen photos of the couple which prominently featured Dwumfour’s wedding ring.
The post had garnered about 150 comments, many of which expressed shock and sadness at Dwumfour’s death.

Well that’s certainly suspicious.
Could be a sign of grief. People do strange things sometimes when they have lost a loved one. Of course, it could have more sinister meanings as well. Who knows.
Could be a strange way of expressing his faith. His wife has a new life with Christ now. And this guy does believe that.
Yep...
If a recent widower wants to bring suspicion to himself from people who would otherwise not be paying any attention to him, then this is how you do that.
Its only bizarre to those who don’t see that we’re slouching toward being a third world country.
It’s a ...
“Don’t look at me. I loved her.” message. Deflection, or trying to hold them at the pass.
Just guessing, but, I watch too many ID shows, where the main suspect is always the husband.
I think he sees her as alive in Christ, today.
It is bizarre, and seems suspicious to me.
Wait, I think I have gotten e-mails from him. He says I have 25 million dollars coming to me, if I first pay the $2,000 transaction fee.
Coming next is the - “we are not like your traditional African Americans, we are actually from Africa, but still have cultural differences, we wish our dead birthday wishes”, tweet.
It appears by all accounts that they are Christians; but I wonder if they are originally from another faith or culture that might use the Lunar Calendar. Jews for example will basically celebrate birthdays on the solar calendar, but when it comes to deaths they will do the annual mourning prayers for the deceased based on the Jewish lunar calendar death date - so it will change from year to year on the solar calendar.
Just a curiosity.
He was likely a suspect already, but jeesh!
I watch too many ID shows, where the main suspect is always the husband.
Pastor is weird but that could be meaningless.
I thought this was the most interesting part:
“Police at the scene told The Post Dwumfour, a Newark native, was caught on video speaking to the shooter moments before her death.”
It’s likely she knew her killer. They have him on video which will be helpful even if his face isn’t clear. They’ve got a shot and catching this perp.
Kamgz....
Great reminder of of our real hope.
As I said, grief can cause strange behavior.
Prime suspect.
