Is the delay more logistical or is it due to a lack of urgency? Because, Zelensky calling for nuclear attacks on Russia makes me think that there is a whole lot of urgency at this time. It seems more like an act of desperation.
It is absolutely insane to think that anyone would deliberately start bombing a nuke plant, as well as using it to house troops, equipment and munitions.
