Of course, in actuality, Ukraine never HAD any nukes. Soviet nukes positioned in Ukraine after the USSR collapsed were never out of the operational and command control of Moscow.

Russia announced a significant reserve call up about 4 months ago - with that, the number is possible. But yes, given that Ukraine is saying it, it almost certain is BS.

Your figures are very much outdated. Russia has engaged in a host of military acitivies since 2008, when Obama’s team figured we could put a hostile/possible army to invade Mother Russia.
Russia “only” sent 160,000 soldiers into Ukraine per the government authorization. Putin is constrained just as US presidents are constrained in the amount of troops they can “just” send.
Those 160K were in four uncoordinated attack groups. Given the buildup initianted by the US since 2014 thru 2022, Russia got a bloody nose in the initial go round. Since last November, Russia’s armed forces were placed under one General who set out to ensure that Russia’s military would be one that can fight a Combinded Arms war.
While the 160K hold the line and are now breaking the resistance in the fortifications, and establishing bridgeheads on the east side of the Diniaper River, Russia has trained first one full Combined Arms Army, then a second that will be ready in four months, and a third Combinded Arms Army that will take until next fall to properly train and equip.
Each of those four Russian Military Groups number 500K. They will be equiped with new equipment and tactics not here to fore seen in battle by the West. There are between 75K and 150K Russian/Belusrian troops in that country - their misson is to bypass Kiev and cut the Polish - Ukrainian boarder thereby stopping the flow of arms from NATO via that route. There were initially 545K Russian troops being prepared to go into Ukraine, but that number has recently seen an increase of over 100K combat troops. There are 750K combat troops supported by a mobile reserve force of 270K, and the logistical tail is about 180K.

Russia is for the first time posied to enter phase II. The Putin Special Operation capped at 160K will be replaced. There may be a Russian declaration of War against Ukraine before this reported massing of Russian troops enter the battle zone.
Ukraine and EU officials have been saying that Ukraine is a defacto NATO force against Russia. American officials have been saying as of late that We are at War with Russia and have been for a long time... Given these circumstances, Russia has reminded NATO that should they continue to Kill Russian soldiers by proxy, they should hope Russia is a Forgiving Nation and People. Russia has reminded America, Germany, Poland, France and most recently Lisbon that should their desire to kill Russian soldiers reach a point where Russia does not fulfill their own Security needs, aka, National Interest - no offensive and hostile military force on their direct boarders, that things could get ugly. Nukes or rather thermonuclear weapons may be used (Biden renounced first Use) and that Russia may respond in kind to America’s policy of first strike for national interests, could well be recopriated by Russia.

What rot! It is the Russian invasion that has caused the instability in Ukraine. Nor would a Russian victory in the field give the Russians the "stability" that they want. It would be as stable as the Soviet occupation of Afghanistan. If anything, the Russian invasion has just hardened the Ukrainians in their opposition to Russia. Putin and company need to accept that the days of the Russian Empire and the Soviet Union are over, that Ukraine is an independent country and not subject to rule from Moscow.

You best convince the Russians of that, since from what I can see, they now ONLY see a Russian military victory as a way to end the Neocon/NATO/Globalist ‘project’ in Ukraine.
