The Russian military on Monday claimed it was able to make advances against Ukrainian forces in the Kherson and Kursk regions.
Ukraine disputed these claims and blasted Russia for once again launching missiles at civilian targets, while the Russians accused Ukraine of hitting populated areas with their own artillery shells.
Russian officials told the state-run Tass news agency on Monday that Russian artillery “wiped out two Ukrainian artillery squads in the Kherson region,” killing seven Ukrainian troops. The Russians claim to have destroyed a Ukrainian self-propelled artillery gun and a 120mm mortar with its ammunition.

Facts don’t care about your feelings.
No amount of warm, fuzzy feelings will permit Uke to prevail when it is factually impossible. Indeed, denialism like your’s fuels this conflict. The facts show the russkies are formidable, are dug in, and have local civilian support in most of the areas occupied. Has nothing to do with ‘wanting’ one side or the other to ‘win’.
The Russian’s aren’t going to “Advance” in Kherson Oblast.

I don’t want to pile on, but you’re kinda asking for it...
Your “facts” are no such thing. First, you repeat the same ‘fact’ twice: (1) why russkies haven’t won yet and (2) the predictions of the russkies winning hasn’t happened yet. Repeating the same point with different words does not improve an argument.
Second, neither of your ‘facts’ are factual. One is a shaky conclusion that is wide open to counter argue’s and the second is a query about prognostication of future events made by posters with limited info.
There is no path for Uke to ‘win’. Best case scenario is solidifying current lines with a DMZ between the parties. That won’t happen since the russkies can’t trust any agreement with the western powers. They’ve proven themselves liars and, as a result, the russkies will almost certainly neuter Uke-land entirely.
It looks like the area in the Ukraine that borders it.
And as an aside, how’d blowing up the Nordstream pipeline work out for the west? And those sanctions? Seen the videos of Uke kids and old men kidnapped off the street to be sent to the front? There’s tons of them.

Putards keep on promising the Ukrainian collapse time and again since last Feb. It hasnt happened and there is no signs it is going to anytime soon.

No freezing to death in Europe and Ukraine as predicited (oh look another BS prediction!) So I guess Nordstrean blow up hasnt had the effect the Putards so desperatly wanted.
I’ve been to Europe 3 times and my kid has been their 6 times since KPJ’s Nordstrom Pipeline was blown up.
Nobody cares. They care more about Vax mandates and migrants and general inflation, but none thought they were going to freeze to death.
They are used to high energy prices and they know they are mostly tazes. They figure the government will take a smaller cut before they let people freeze. Probably a good bet.
Thank God the weather veered from the predictions and fewer deaths than expected occurred. I’m happy about that. Can’t say my Italian cousins are enjoying the lack of fuel, though. In fact, they lost their business because of it, along with something like 40% of all small businesses in the EU in 2022 alone.
The Ukes would finish the job of killing off and ethnically cleansing every russkie civilian in Donbass if they get the chance again. It’s what their fathers tried to do for their German masters in WW2. They still wear their ‘old’ third reich insignia on their uniforms today! So stop with the virtue projection dude.
