The Justice Department on Monday told House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan that it could not disclose information related to the special counsel investigation into President Biden’s improper retention of classified documents because doing so could jeopardize the probe. Jordan, R-Ohio, launched his first formal investigation as chair of the House Judiciary Committee into Biden’s "mishandling" of classified records and the DOJ’s investigation.

Predictable. The Republicans should begin the daily opening of the House with the statement, “Defund the DOJ”.
I’d be surprised if they did give him, the Gang of Eight, or even the CIA this information. Cover-ups have protocols.

If I recall correctly, the DOJ had no such qualms when it came to investigations into Trump. They provided congressional committees and members with any and everything they wanted in regards to Trump.
I heard that in the Classified Papers found by the FBI in Benedict Bidens’s house was Obama’s REAL Birth Certificate! Ha-ha!

Simple enough. Congressional subpoena for Robert Hur, Esq. When he refuses to appear, Contempt of Congress order, and run that straight up to SCOTUS.
