Former President Donald Trump made waves shortly after midnight Monday by criticizing the Club for Growth, deeming it a “globalist group” and asserting that Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) and his donors are also globalists.
“The Club For No Growth is a GLOBALIST group that I have been taking to the cleaners for years,” Trump wrote in a TruthSocial update, explaining that he worked with the group for a period of time but adding it “couldn’t get away from China, Europe, Asia, and part’s unknown.”
“They know I won’t play that game, I am America First all the way. That’s the ONLY way we will MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN,” Trump continued before reviving the nickname he coined for Gov. DeSantis in November 2022.

The Eleventh Commandment was a phrase used by President of the United States Ronald Reagan during his 1966 campaign for Governor of California. The Commandment reads: Thou shalt not speak ill of any fellow Republican.
I can see two sides to this. 1.Trump is always right!!MAGA or nothing. Desantis is scum!!! 2. Shut up already. I am done with you Trump.

Reagan was not infallible. Does that hold for murders, thieves, those who sell America’s secrets, those who disgrace their offices and abandon the American people?
Not to mention primary season when mealymouthed civility does a disservice to the voting public. Civility for it’s own sake, abandoning pertinent truths is the road to dystopia. Covering up for Republican malfeasance and for actions by Republican politicians that threaten to undermine a primary commitment to the American people is indefensible. I am sure Reagan did not mean to suggest otherwise or to put party loyalty above the welfare of the Country & her people.
I grew up in Florida in the 60’s and 70’s.
Even back then, it had a unique culture of being the state that everybody fled to for better government, and therefore, a better place to raise kids.
And the funny thing is, all the kids from up North missed the snow and the big city action. They thought Florida was a bore. They hated all the retired old geezers in their condo communities.....”This place is nothing but wall to wall shuffle board courts” is what I always used to hear. But the parents loved it.
DeSantis wasn’t even born yet. So no.....”he didn’t build that”.
I’m not sure about DeSantis but his donors are a bunch of globalists. I think DeSantis is just ambitious.
The difference between Trump and DeSantis is that Trump wants to save the country and sees his just wants to be President.
He lost the presidency for the very reasons you have stated. All had to do was act like Ronald Reagan, and he would have won in a landslide.
