Yes, and many of us have faced some form of persecution as believers in the past few years. This is only the beginning and will indeed become worse. The hatred and persecution are real, but the gates of hell will never prevail against the Church, with Jesus as our Rock.
sad

Wrongthink about marriage; you can lose your job.

This young man is 19 years old and has the wisdom and courage far above so many Christians I know. How many of us would take a stand like this young man?
Personally, I'd like to say I would. At my age and nearing retirement though? And in a recession that's going to last who knows how long?
Fortunately, this young man has many years ahead of him and with his integrity I've zero doubt he'll land on his feet and prosper. He's exactly the kind of LEO this country needs IMO.
All Christians that wish to express views on homosexuality should start using Islam as their guiding principle...
While your post is interesting in the quotes provided, I completely disagree with this solution.
First, this demonstrates a clear acknowledgement that islam is a protected religious view, while Christianity has no protections. This is the battle at it’s core - our right to freely worship. We must never give ground.
Second, Christians should not give up our faith to side with a false religion and so deny our Savior.
The line in the sand is “NO MORE”.
We must stand for our rights and beliefs, though they may cost us everything, because one day they will.
Jesus warned us to count the cost and there is a cost, which we must endure regularly. Stand. Do not compromise with evil. Call it what it is, but STAND. And when you feel you can stand no longer, continue standing.
...even though you have the muzzle of a rifle at the base of your head, or are seconds away from the blade falling upon your neck...STAND. It IS coming.
Know thine enemies!
“The LGTBQ+P racket is all about legal access to children. Our government has failed us.”
If true, we have failed our families. We the people should never have let government into the sacred space of the family. We failed.
“He is better off resigning than having to rub elbows every day with infidels.
I pray that he will find an excellent job in a respectable profession.”
Funny you say that. As I was reading his words, and thinking that he was 19, I envisioned him in a pulpit.
