Israel and/or Ukraine would be the most to gain. Israel for the normal reasons, Ukraine because of the drones and wanting to widen the war.
Attacking Iran because she is supporting Russia who invaded Ukraine close to a year ago. But not because Iran is directly involved in the killing of US soldiers, but for reasons that involve a labyrinth of Western corruption.

Iran is known for exaggerating wildly about the capabilities of its weapons and military forces. At times, Iran has invented false stories about having invincible, extremely powerful weapons and posting photos of silly fiberglass fakes. ...much like Russia.
The whole situation in the region is a mell of a hess. You have Christian (but dubiously so in some of its past actions) Armenia allied with Iran, but under pressure from a hostile Azerbaijan. Israel and “the West” would likely be in league with Azerbaijan, as would Saudi Arabia. Azerbaijan does also have strong support from Turkey. The Russians nominally support Armenia, but likely wish the whole headache would just go away.
It’s hard for me to imagine Azerbaijan would attack much larger Iran. But if the Azerbaijanis believe the protests in Iran are ripe to boil over again... Who knows.
