Well I am not one. I feel sorry for the conscripts being killed in mass. Almost none of them want to be there, they have little training and equipment and zero experience. Any one of us would be horrified in such a situation. There is no joy in watching them die on YouTube.
As for the Russian merks they can all die in mass for all I care. To bad someone can't just put a bullet in Putin and end all this stupidity.

Russian military has the same shortage with a war experienced commanders as any from long peace. The peace times erode officers skills..
